Spinning Babies Parent Education Class

Spinning Babies® is an innovative approach designed to promote ease and comfort during pregnancy and childbirth. A key aspect of this method is the understanding that the baby's primary role during labor is to rotate effectively. Throughout the labor process, the baby must navigate through the three station levels of the pelvis to facilitate a smooth delivery.

By working together with your birth partner, you can learn various techniques both before and during labor that can assist in creating the necessary space for the baby to position optimally. Utilizing these strategies not only helps guide the baby into the best position but can also contribute to a less painful birthing experience. Embrace this knowledge to help your baby find the ideal positions throughout pregnancy and labor, making the journey to birth more comfortable and less painful.

Feeding the Baby: Understand the basics of breastfeeding and bottle feeding to ensure your baby’s nutrition.
